Joseph Drouhin, a precursor and pioneer in Burgundy, strengthens the identity of the prestigious Chablis Domaine. Starting with the 2008 vintage, the name "Vaudon" was associated with Joseph Drouhin for all its Chablis wines as a sign of the firm's allegiance to this historical terroir.
Tasting Notes: A fresh and straightforward wine. Clear, straw yellow colour, with green reflections. The complex and mineral nose reveals flavours of citrus and white flowers. Clear cut impression on the palate. Nice balance between texture and mineral sensations.
A few great pairings for inspiration - chicken tarragon, escargot or even a hearty clam chowder!

The 2018 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru is airy and gracious. White floral notes, orchard fruit, mint and white pepper all give the 2018 lovely aromatic top notes and brilliance. This is an especially weightless style with wonderful freshness and nuance.
