Bache Gabrielsen Reserve Serenite Tres Vieille Cognac

The name Serenite was chosen to mirror the state of mind of the cognac lover when tasting this rare cognac. In addition to the traditional grape Ugni Blanc a generous proportion of Folle Blanche, a rare and very old pre-phylloxera grape, has also been used. The quality of this superior cognac is intended to seduce all palates, including those of the finest connoisseurs. 

Eye: A warm autumnal orange.

Nose: Elegant with floral notes of rose with orange and citrus marmalade. Lavish aromas of mocha drift onto the second nose, with ripe red apples, raspberries and pear.

Palate: Round mouthfeel with the rich, creamy notes of mocha, vanilla and coffee, after a few sips experience rich buttery pastry textures with rounded nutty notes of cashew, walnut and sandalwood. A long, consistent and well-rounded finish.
