A beautiful ruby-red colour. This Bourgogne Paulee has aromas of fresh red berries on the nose. Its rich and very ripe substance mixes with the finesse of its tannins on the palate, giving a well-balanced and pleasant wine.

It is an upscale introductory that celebrates all the annual La Paulée fetes held across Burgundy to mark the end of the grape harvest. Expect an entirely correct red fruited pinot that comes with a touch of weight and power you might not be expecting. Excellent acidity and a spicy back end make it a perfect mid-week dinner red for salmon, or pork. A top-level Bourgogne for sure.
