Bulliat Morgon 2015

Aromas of cherry, plum, cedar, and minerals. Medium body, good acidity, with flavors of black cherry, plum, leather, orange peel, and mineral. Fruity, not too complex, but enjoyable. Pair with simply done pork chops and collard greens.
