Indian Summer Cask Strength Gin Aultmore

Indian Summer Ginis matured in ex vintage whisky casks which previously held classic single malts. Bottled at cask strength leaves an optimum taste profile.

Tasting Note:Zesty lemon peel initially on the palate, and almonds in after taste. When enjoyed with water, creaminess develops, with more vanilla, white chocolate and nougat.

Nose: Fresh, vanilla and caramel from the cask, floral, with hints of pine and meadow.

Serve:On its own or with a touch of water to appreciate the breadth of flavours, or mixed in a whisky or gin cocktail.
