A Highland Park whisky inspired by spring and summer on Orkney, the follow up to 2017's The Dark.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vibrant citrus notes up front, before a wave of green apple and sawdust notes arrive.

Palate: Tangy mango, pear drops, vanilla-rich malt, a subtle hint of smoke (but not much!), pink peppercorn.

Finish: Resinous oak and waxy peels, with a touch of forest floor earthiness.
