An interesting blend of Malbec grapes make up this AmaZYN wine!
Hand harvested grapes from each of their estates, at different dates in order to find the ideal ripeness and expression, is how this wine was created. It is fermented in concrete vats and 50% of the volume saw used oak barrels for six to eight months. A rich and fruit driven Malbec with clean aromas and flavours, a nice mouth feel and excellent freshness.
A charcuterie platter with salami, Ibérico ham, Taleggio cheese, Manchego cheese and farmhouse Cheddar is a great Malbec pairing!
