Roasted aromas and flavours of charred nuts and peppers, fried pickle, mocha, and sarsaparilla with a silky, crisp, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a complex, medium-to-long finish with impressions of spiced dated and figs, horchata, spumoni with mint, and pepper finish. A fruity, spicy, creamy blanco with nice twists and turns.
