From the Cortes Family Palenque and the artful hand of Don Vale himself. This is a restrained, well-balanced Karwinskii. Often super intense and punchy, this has all the aromatics and herbaceousness but with a generous fruit to it, which gives it a dangerous level of drinkability. This is a bottle that will quickly disappear if you take your eye off it. 

Herbaceous and green on the nose but friendly and restrained. Ripe strawberry and violet with a touch of Campari-esque bitterness to finish.
