Scapegrace Black Gin

A particularly intriguing expression from New Zealand's Scapegrape - a black gin! It gets its dark hue from its botanicals, which include aronia berry, butterfly pea, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato, among others. What's more, the spirit changes colour when mixed with tonic water, becoming various shades of pink and blue.
