Rainstorm Pinot Gris

Pale gold. On the nose, crisp pear, melon and honey blossom, some yeasty character from sur lies aging. The palate reveals mango with fresh acidity. Pairs well with grilled chicken, soft cheeses, shellfish and pasta in a cream sauce.
