92 Points - Natalie Maclean A lovely, supple, smooth, medium-bodied BC Pinot Noir. Aromas of dark cherry, rose petal, and smoke. The grapes were de-stemmed, but not crushed. The winemaker used a wild ferment. The wine was matured in French oak barrels, of which 30% was new, for 10 months. Pair with veal or roast chicken.
