Guarda Rios is the Poruguese name for the Kingfisher bird, which lives in the Alentajano region. In the cellar the grapes were vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve all the intensity of aromas and flavors that the typical grape varieties of the region have. This wine was fermented in stainless steel vats and partially aged in French oak barrels.
Bold an juicy this wine pairs well with tapas, roasted lamb with all the trimmings, grilled beef tenderloin and rich pasta sauces.
