This wine comes from vineyards in the Alenquer and Cadaval regions, in the mountains to the north of Lisbon. Classical maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26ºC.
Ruby red colour. Warm flavours of jammy forest fruit combined with aromas of violets and touches of spice. In the palate it's supple with chewy tannins that provide texture and length in the end of mouth. Goes well with white meats, roasts and intense flavoured cheeses.
