Lindores Abbey 'Cask Of Lindores' Oloroso

Lindores Abbey distillery have released their highly anticipated The Cask of Lindores Sherry Butt bottling. Distilled using locally grown barley the whisky was then aged exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks from the Jerez region in Spain. The whisky was bottled at the distillery at 49.4% ABV. 

Expect a whisky rich in moscovado sugar, dried-dark fruits, subtle spice, ginger and nutty undertones. The palate is smooth and the finish is persistent.
