Baltasar 'El Heroe' Garnacha

Aromas of fruits of the forest and red fruits. Its aromatic intensity suggests mineral sand resinous wrapped in a touch of clean wood. Savoury in the mouth with an intense concentration of fruit and toasted notes that leave a persistent and balanced finish. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils produce grapes harvests of exceptional quality. Matured in French oak with grapes coming from vines over 70 years old. Great on its own or with hearty dishes such as braised short ribs.
