The Spanish are mad for gin and vermouth and this one is produced by the winery of the same name in Spain's Basque region. It's won numerous "best gin" awards and is made from local wild botanicals, including grape must as a base for the distillate, done in a Coffey still, along with ingredients that include wild strawberries, basil, mint and ginger. It's a smooth, flavourful gin with subtle hints of each of the components. It's fine in a G&T and even better in a martini.
