Kaesler Old Bastard

One of the most foreboding, rich and full-bodied Barossa Shiraz's available, Kaesler's Old Bastard Shiraz is a fantastic expression of the Shiraz variety. Produced using the fruit from 100 year old, low yielding vines which is fermented in stainless steel and matured in Burgundian oak for 19 months in an underground cellar. These key components of the wine making process result in a full-bodied, flavoursome Shiraz.
