Product description
Troon Vineyard is the world's first Regenerative Organic Certified winery. They are also Demeter Biodynamic Certified and make some of Oregon's most dramatic and thought-provoking wines. The winemaking at Troon is an extension of their natural work in the vineyards. Indigenous yeast ferments, foot stomping, clay amphorae, old oak, and no fining or filtration. The wines are clean, pure, and alive.

An aromatic combination of blackberry, violet, white pepper, chalk and a trace of earthiness. Ripe, earthy marionberry and white peach fruit flavors fill the mouth, while bits of anise and bittersweet dark chocolate float in the background. Smooth tannins and more than enough acidity to keep things lively.

The 2020 Syrah Estate is lifted with classic Syrah markers of cracked black pepper, black plum, and dried lavender. The palate is dry, with a youthful gripping tannic structure and notes of turned earth, dried black raspberry, and tea leaf.
