Ghost Hill Pinot Noir Blanc

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is a "Blanc de Noir", made in the same fashion as Champagne - just minus the bubbles. Whole cluster pressed and sent to a stainless-steel tank for settling. Clear and bright with a slightly rose gold hue this wine carries intense aromatics of cinnamon-spiced Anjou pear, a light caramel note, essence of wild strawberries, and fresh ripe green figs are lifted by sweet jasmine.
