Exceptionally malted, fermented, and distilled by craftsmen in the distillery, Kujira's Ryukyu Whiskey is made from top-quality Indica rice and Okinawa’s unique black koji. It's reserved in Spanish Sherry casks and selected American Kentucky Bourbon casks for more than 8 years. This whisky reveals a perfume of oak barrel, vanilla, plum, and fresh sweetness. It has a comfortable spiciness and dried fruit on the palate working in harmony with sweetness from the casks. Notes of licorice, perfume, vanilla, and spices follow up on the finish.
