Caol Ila 13 Year Old 2009 vintage Islay single malt Scotch whisky. Double matured in Sassicaia Casks for 2 years and bottled June 2022 by Gordon & MacPhail for the Connoisseurs Choice series.

Dried fig aromas with cured meats and cinnamon spice. Redcurrant flavours give way to black pepper and lemon peel. A medium finish with pepper, forest fruit and smoke.  3,550 bottles.
