Lagg Batch 01 Ex-Bourbon Cask

The coveted inaugural release of the Lagg Distillery on the island of Lochzanza. There will be 3 batches in total. Here we start with the coveted Batch 1.

The spirit for this release was matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks for just over three years prior to release. It has been bottled chill filtered, with no added coloring and at the higher strength of 50% ABV. A very characterful dram with notes of citrus, heather and campfire smoke.
