A very limited release from Hartfield & Co. in Bourbon County, Kentucky. 80% corn, 20% malted wheat.
Nose: Oak, vanilla, butter, some caramel, also dusty wheat.
Taste: Oak forward. Drinks warm.
Finish: At the tail end of the finish, some chocolate appears.
This one is interesting, for sure. Especially considering the age of this bourbon. If you like wheated bourbons, pick this one up.
