The Cuvee de L'Ecusson Brut Rose presents a brilliant, intense pink colour with subtle ruby-red tints and a fine, persistent bead. The nose is inviting and fragrant, redolent with an abundant bouquet of red berries—specifically raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry—complemented by light floral undertones and a hint of green herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively with a silky, rounded texture and a delicate mousse. Flavours of strawberries and cream, cantaloupe, and orange pith are supported by a balanced acidity and a subtle mineral quality that leads to a long, zesty finish.
