Fabien Jouves Cahors Haute Côte de Fruit is a monovarietal natural Malbec red wine classified as a Vin de France, in the area of Cahors, and produced by Mas del Périé Fabien Jouves. Mas del Périé Fabien Jouves is a winery located on the slopes of Trespoux, in Cahors. Its plots are cultivated biodynamically in order to fully respect nature, the vine and its surroundings. It is run by Fabien Jouves, a young winemaker who founded it in 2006 and who makes the wines naturally, without oenological contributions, and accompanying the wine until maturity, fermenting it and ageing it in concrete tanks, foudres and barrels. The vineyards for Fabien Jouves Cahors Haute Côte de Fruit have an average age of 25 years. They are cultivated biodynamically, their total area is about 3 hectares and they are harvested manually.
