You’ve never had anything like this before…juniper, citrus, indigenous wild sage and flame torched local rosemary. Brilliant on the rocks with a twist of lime or try it in your next caesar - smoky and delicious!
As legend would have it, backwoods distillers would covertly work through the night, under the smuggler’s moon’s inconspicuous shadow, to create what would eventually become gin. A moon that, by all accounts, was bright enough to give distillers enough shine to work their magic, yet dark enough so that they wouldn’t be seen, or worse still, caught. As such, mountain juniper and nearby herbs and botanicals were secretly gathered and distilled by these heroic souls. On a particular dark evening, a branch of wild rosemary (smouldering from the fire) found its way into the notorious brew; an accidental blessing, whose concocted outcome is tastefully legendary.
