
R. Stuart Pinot Noir Big Fire 2018
From the Willamette Valley wine region, R. Stuart & Co. Big Fire Pinot Noir is produced by winemaker Rob Stuart. Dry, medium-bodied, juicy and generous with ripe and slightly tart cherries, ripe raspberry, anise, cinnamon spice flavours silky on the palate. The Pinot Noir wine grapes for this vintage were sourced from five prime locations in the Willamette Valley, including sites in the Eola-Amity Hills, Dundee Hills and McMinnville growing areas. Pair with herb roasted chicken or salmon with anchovy butter.
COLOUR... pale, medium ruby.
AROMAS...dark cherry, tomato leaf, amaro, herbaceous, fennel.
FLAVOURS... cherry, black tea, amaro, greenhouse, forest floor.
STRUCTURE... subtle tannins with medium weight.
