Cantina Valpantena, which was established in 1958 as a cooperative association of Veronese winemakers, today includes around 250 farms that grow over 750 hectares of vineyards, more than 30 of which are organic. A blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, this wine sits a deep dark shade of a purple-ruby in the glass. On the nose, it evokes aromas of dried dark fruits and unsmoked cigars. The palate is intensely rich and decadent - a wine that will age beautifully.
