This slick junmai sake is creamy, with a medium finish. Aromatics of cashew, rice pudding, with hints of shiitake mushroom, blend beautifully with tastes of passionfruit and cantaloupe. This sake pairs well with Curry Rice, Carbonara Pasta, and Shabu Shabu.
