This medium-full bodied premium sake hails from Yoshi No Gawa, the oldest sake brewery in the famed Niigata Prefecture. Founded in 1548, the brewery has been built on twenty generations of quality, mastery, and an undeniable innovative spirit.
This slick junmai sake is creamy, with a medium finish. Aromatics of cashew, rice pudding, with hints of shiitake mushroom, blend beautifully with tastes of passionfruit and cantaloupe. This sake pairs well with Curry Rice, Carbonara Pasta, and Shabu Shabu.
