Extra Elegance is an exceptional blend of eau-de-vie primarily from the Borderies, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, all selected for their superb aging potential, richness and complementarity. The Grande Champagne eau-de-vie offers excellent length on the palate, those from Petite Champagne provide structure and the Borderies contribute a velvety texture and hints of sweet pastries.
