Extra Elegance is an exceptional blend of eau-de-vie primarily from the Borderies, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, all selected for their superb aging potential, richness and complementarity. The Grande Champagne eau-de-vie offers excellent length on the palate, those from Petite Champagne provide structure and the Borderies contribute a velvety texture and hints of sweet pastries. A long aging in cool, damp cellars allows Extra Elegance to reveal its full quality. Exceptional roundness, intense flavours, great finesse and a remarkably complex finish.
