Glenkinchie 2007 Distillers Edition (Bottled 2019)

Glenkinchie's Distillers Edition from the 2007 vintage has been finished in Amontillado-Sherry casks for a more rounded flavour. Before being bottled in 2019, this was matured for more than a decade. Amontillado is traditionally quite nutty, and particularly quite rich, too.
