Glenkinchie's Distillers Edition from the 2007 vintage has been finished in Amontillado-Sherry casks for a more rounded flavour. Before being bottled in 2019, this was matured for more than a decade. Amontillado is traditionally quite nutty, and particularly quite rich, too. A perfect partner for the light, grassy, fragrant malts of Glenkichie!
