Deep crimson with a magenta hue at the rim. Brooding aromas of dark cherry, black pepper and spice. Vibrant flavours of black cherries and blueberries layered with pepper and spice. Interwoven with a core of ripe, chewy tannins. A versatile wine suited for most culinary dishes but recommended for rare roast beef or rich game dishes.
