Product description

Trivento is one of the largest wineries in Mendoza and is a project of Chile's Concha y Toro. The 2018 has fruit-driven character, with notes of dark fruit and herbs and fresh, food-friendly acidity.

Amado Sur is a deep red wine with violet hues. Aromas of strawberries and red cherries intertwine with hints of clove and vanilla. Lush red berry flavor gives way to velvety tannins and a pleasant, persistent finish. Enjoy Amado Sur with rich dishes and roasted meats including lamb, beef, and pork. This is wine also marries well with spicy, fruit-based sauces and sides.

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast    Black fruit aromas are generous and pulpy, with a touch of graphite. This blend of 70% Malbec with Bonarda and Syrah feels plush and jammy, with modest acidity. Jammy blackberry flavors are ever so slightly herbal, while this is easygoing on the finish, a reflection of this blend in its entirety. Drink through 2022.
