General Information
From the organic Robin's Ridge vineyard in Keremeos, this was whole cluster straight into tank, and cold settled before into neutral barrels and a stint under the cherry trees at Bella's Naramata property, waiting for a full wild ferment to do its thing (ferment finished in the winery to 10.8 percent alcohol). Zero additives, this was hand bottled and tagged; there is no label on the bottle itself, but a singular paper catalogue tag affixed by string to the cage. Lovely red and yellow apple, sweet orchard blossoms and a riff of grippy crushed stone is kept juicy and quenching on a lightly creamy palate. Off-dry, this gobbles up the 17 g/l residual sugar pretty swiftly.
