Small batch, high rye bourbon, more than 25% rye, more than 65% corn, less than 10% barley and barrel-aged for a minimum of 4 years. This is the same great high-rye bourbon, but uncut. The result is a purist's dream with a big, bold flavour and a little extra bite. Average proof 115.
