Chateau Pavie hails from France, specifically from the Saint Emilion region of Bordeaux. The estate traces its roots back to the 4th century when the Romans first planted vines on its south-facing limestone slopes.

Wine Description

This vintage presents an opaque purple black colour and a flamboyant sensory profile. The bouquet is complex, offering intense aromas of black cherry, crème de cassis, and blueberry pie, layered with hints of smoked tobacco, star anise, and crushed limestone. On the palate, the wine is full bodied and powerful yet surprisingly agile, featuring a core of concentrated black and red fruits supported by very fine grained, velvety tannins.
