General Information
Sotol Ono is made with Dasylirion Cedrosanum, which takes 12 to 15 years to reach maturity in the wild. The sotol is pulled out of the earth with axes, and the spiny leaves are cut from the piñas to transport to the Vinata. Once in the Vinata, Maestro Gerardo Ruelas roasts the pinas for about 3 days, then grinds them by hand using axes and knives. The plants then ferment for 5 and 7 days, depending on the weather, before being distilled.

Once we review your order, ZYN will contact you with a quote. At this time, if you do not wish to proceed with the order, ZYN will cancel the order as well as the pre-authorization applied to your credit card.

Returns
ZYN will accept returns.
If the item(s) is in saleable conditon, it will be refunded. If the item has been shipped outside Calgary, the shipping charges are the repsonsibilty of the purchaser.
Faulty items will be evaluated on an individual basis before a decision is made.
