The Saint-Aubin by Francois Mikulski is an elegant and fresh French white wine made from Chardonnay from the famous wine-growing area of Cote de Beaune, in Burgundy. Refines for about 10 months in oak barrels used for the majority and releases a typical and brilliant sensory profile, with aromas of ripe pear, vanilla and cardamom and reveals itself in a refreshing and mineral sip, with tones of white pepper and a lingering finish of green apple.
