Hayes Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Product description

Hayes Valley Wines are grown and produced at Clos LaChance Estate Vineyards and Winery in California's Northern Central Coast, one of the first 17 certified sustainable wineries in California. The winery is committed to producing the best quality wine possible while protecting the environment and conserving natural resources. As a family-owned and operated winery, it is important for Clos LaChance to maintain the long-term viability of the land for future generations.

The Hayes Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that embodies the history of what was once known as the Hayes Valley in California. The region was well known for producing wine grapes for the missions that spread throughout California. The valley had rich fertile soil and produced excellent yields to accompany high-quality grapes. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, currant colour. Aromas of tobacco, star of anise, and huckleberry jam. It offers a full body, medium acid, and high tannins. Flavours of cedar, bay leaf and blackberry.
