Kozaemon Junmai Daiginjo is floral, lightly sweet, and minty. It has a complex bouquet of nutty notes at play with almond blossom, lilac, pineapple, and lychee, accentuated with a refreshing citrus note. On the palate, a gustatory journey starts from almond rice over pineapple and lychee, to ripe sugar melon. This sake is brewed with two types of sake rice instead of one, giving the sake a sense of transparency.
Kozaemon Junmai Daiginjo is well-balanced, in harmony with lively and elegant acidity. It's well-rounded with palate-filling heartiness. It serves well as an aperitif that can be enjoyed intensively and pure!
