If you like big, bold and earthy reds, this is your calling. A blend of Barbera and Bonarda, 40 days of maceration on skins and then aged in huge Slovenian oak barrels. Lots of leather, mushrooms, tobacco and vanilla. Lots of acid in the mix to keep it trickling down. Decant for a generous hour.
