This tropical hard cider is a curious blend of apple and fresh pineapple. The apple blend is fermented to dry with a South African yeast strain and then left to infuse with a touch of Mexican spices for ~ 24 hours. What is left, is a playful riff on Tepache - a light, refreshing fermented pineapple beverage.
