Product description
Daydreamer is a small family-run winery based on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley. It is the creation of Rachel and Marcus Ansems, who have both been involved in the wine industry for over 15 years. Their small range of wines is sustainably made from grapes harvested from across the region, with a focus on the Naramata Bench.
This wine comes from a single site in the Similkameen Valley. The juice was pressed directly into a barrel for fermentation and élevage. 50% of the barrels were new, 50% were second fill. After eleven months of maturation, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
