A great demi-sec Champagne, a blend of a majority created of Pinots Noirs, over 100 crus and Pinot Meuniers from the Grande and Petite Montagne de Reims. On the palate, a lively attack on candied citrus fruits and roasted pineapple. A duality which balances itself between smoothness and juiciness, cinnamon and vanilla-roasted pear. A structured, full-bodied, melt-in-the-mouth wine.
