This Pinot was harvested early in the day to maximize the effect of the area's cool morning temperatures and spent 14 months in French oak following fermentation. It shows tangy, snappy red fruit tones alongside some earthy spice notes. Excellent balance and structure, good intensity and an approachable price point make this quite the desirable wine. Pair with duck breast or even a lean steak.
