General Information
The Chardonnay fruit for this wine by Soumah, was gently pressed and the free run juice barrel fermented with 100% indigenous yeasts. The delicate yet complex bouquet displays intense citrus and brioche character with a fresh and vibrant palate of citrus and cashew with a clean finish of great length. The oak is fully integrated and there are no edges with this wine.
